Bathroom
Heated floors, a full-size 36"x36" shower, a traditional toilet, and its own sink make the bathroom in the Bluejay feel just like home.
Kitchen
The Bluejay's kitchen has all the amenities of home including quartz countertop, a 3/4 refrigerator, extra deep 18" stainless steel undermount sink, 24" over-the-range microwave, exposed pantry, and room for your range of choice.
Dining
Sit down to dinner at the Bluejay's folding table and enjoy the view out the oversized window.
Bedroom
Enjoy the convenience of a main floor master bedroom, complete with room for a queen bed, hand built his and hers closets, two large windows, and double barn doors. Options available for Murphy bed for more flexible space or underbed storage.
Guest Loft
Have guests or the grandkids over with space to spare. The guest loft in the Bluejay extends over the kitchen and bathroom creating more than enough space for a king-sized mattress. The loft also has its own lights, a window to let in light and a fresh breeze, hand stained rough-sawn cedar ceiling, and removable rails (to keep the kids up but allow for easy installation of a bed)
Extra Features
The Bluejay is set up for ease of use to be all electric (hardwired, or with RV plug), but can be converted to propane heat and propane stove. The Bluejay was built to be a traditional house just scaled down and set on a mobile foundation so among other things the plumbing and electrical were designed and installed to mirror a traditional home with minor variations. Everything from a 20 gallon water heater to the outside hose faucet are reflections of that.
